Gender Bias vs Race Bias Still Alive In America?

Afro-Americans are lining up behind Obama and white females over 50 are lining up behind Hillary and both demographics are threatening to walk out of the Denver convention if their candidate is not the nominee. Now if this isn’t an example of gender and race bias, then I don’t know what it is.
As events in this last week have shown, any critcism of Senate Obama leads to the person making the criticism as being branded a racist. This is also happening in my own household. Anytime I say anything against Obama, my son immediately tells me that I just don’t like the Senator because he is black which is absolutely ludicrous since I am one of Tiger Wood’s biggest fans. I am afraid that these types of attacks are only going to become worse as the election process goes on. It is going to become more difficult for Senator Clinton to call Senator Obama out on any issues without wording the attack so carefully as not to look as if it is a racist remark. It almost looks as if any critcism of any afro-American running for higher office can use racism to fend off any attacks.
It also seems the Democrats can screw-up a “two car” parade. And of course, Florida is right in the middle of this train wreck again. They are talking about a “do-over” primary, a “mail in” primary or any of a number of ways to resolve Florida – which might even end up in court again. My question is - if Florida Democrats knew their votes would not be counted because they moved up their primary date, why did 1.7 million voters line up to vote? And overwhelmingly for Hillary? Is this not also a situation that some could call gender bias since Senator Clinton is the one who benefits most from this do-over? Would Florida be having a “do-over” primary if the person calling for the “do over” was a white male?
Then there is my home state of Texas where we get to vote twice. Now I have voted in every Texas election in the last 38 years and I never knew that! The caucus counting has become so complicated that the state refuses to continue the counting and is leaving it to each precinct to manage their own counting so it may be weeks before we have a delegate count out of these caucuses. Was this enormous turn out because of race and gender? I also noticed at these caucuses that the reasons most people were voting for Hillary was simply because she is a woman with absolutely no knowledge of what she stands for, and the same was among the Obama supporters.
Taking this impasse (are biases) all the way to convention is dangerous for the Democrats. The last two brokered conventions in the recent past have led to Republican victories in the general election. So, the door is wide open for a President McCain whose foreign policy is what we have right now and he has admitted that he knows nothing about economics.
Being the forward thinking person I am I have come up with the solution. Remember Bush v Gore? Florida, 2000, court? The Electoral College trumps the popular vote. So – take all the Electoral College votes for all the states that Obama won and do the same for Hillary and viola – most Electoral College votes is the nominee.
Oh, and did you know that McCain is older than Ronald Reagan was when he became President? Let’s just throw age bias into the pot to really stir things up.
