Chocolate Fountain solution to your wedding entertainment conundrum

There are a million things to worry about on your wedding day, you’ve got 150 guests at your wedding aged from 8 to 80 and family members and friends who don’t exactly see eye to eye!
You’ve tried your best to please everyone with the food, the venue and music and even the decorations but there still seems to be something missing.

You need something that pleases everyone and also gets people talking and maybe even having fun! Well perhaps I have the answer for you, it’s not a wedding band, DJ or even a magician that will get your London wedding guests happy, it’s a Chocolate Fountain!

That’s right people love eating and they love chocolate, chocolate makes people happy and it’s a little bit naughty too and let’s face it, we all love being a little bit naughty sometimes don’t we!

A Chocolate fountain at your wedding can be the perfect solution to ease any tensions.

It’s not always easy to book a chocolate fountain in London and there are literally hundreds of chocolate fountain companies out there.
Before you go completely mad here’s a few tips for booking a Chocolate fountain at your wedding

1) Check them out.
Make sure the company has been recommended either by a friend or by your venue. If not ask for references, you wouldn’t hire someone to work for you without checking them out before would you? Also make sure the references are phone numbers or e-mail addresses otherwise you might find that they’ve just made them up.
Remember this is food we’re talking about so it’s really important to get it right!

2) Make sure they know their product.
This sounds a bit silly but if you call the Chocolate fountain company and they say ‘with your chocolate fountain you get 10 kilograms of Belgium chocolate, 6 fruit dips, a lighting box and an operator’ you can probably rest assured that they know their stuff!

3) You get what you pay for.
If the company only charges £200 for the whole night then you can guarantee that they are either very inexperienced or very bad!
On the other hand if they charge £2000 they’d better have a lot of fruit, dips and lights!

4) Try and get a demo
This is very cheeky and will probably not work, but you could ask them if you can go to another event where they have a chocolate fountain set up.
Obviously you won’t be able to go to someone else’s wedding but you might be able to turn up at the venue before the guests arrive. It’s worth trying and also if they chocolate fountain company gets annoyed with you, you don’t want to go with them anyway!
If by any miraculous chance they do say yes then this will set your mind at ease as you can actually try before you buy.

5) Go with you gut.
If you like the person you speak to and feel like you can trust them they go for it, if you have any doubts however small you’re probably best off looking around a bit more. Remember this is your wedding day and you don’t want to be thinking ‘is my chocolate fountain going to turn up?’
