Now a days people do not take the time to leave work and enjoy a piecefull vacation with their family. They always come up with excuses like we can't afford it or i am to busy at my job to get away and here is the best one, my kids are in so much sporting activity through the summer that we use this time for our family holiday. What a croc that is but anyway enough of me venting.
What people don't realise in todays age is that they need to get away to refresh themselves and the family from the everyday life and the best part is they do not have to spend a lot of money to do it. I am sure you know of someone or maybe yourselves that have recieved a phone call from a Timeshare company promoting a 3 or 4 weekened getaway for almost nothing but your cost to get there and you have turned it down because you think it's a scam. I am hear to tell you that you are completely off base and here's why, Timeshare companies give you the opportunity to stay in a 5 star resort for free or little amount as long as you give them the opportunity to give you there sales pitch. If you already know what and how they present it than you can save yourselves and them a lot of time. I have been on many of these and can tell you that 1/2 an hour of your time is diddley for what you get now if you do not know what to expect before you go it could take 2 or 3 hours and i have seen many people come out of those meetings frustrated and mind boggled because they were not prepared when they went there. Interval International, RCI or Disney Vacation Club are not a part of a Billion dollar vacation industry for a hobby. They know how to sell and what income group to call on but what they arn't aware of is that us 2% of the population actually enjoy there vacations with know cost to us. I guess i shouldn't say that as i am a timeshare owner myself and if you need to be forced to take a holiday a year like i was than you should be an owner as well.
